How to interpret and update this map
Only current, source-matched AI reviews contribute to the topic network. Keyword suggestions are excluded. Each tag must have an exact supporting passage. A connection means two topics appear in the same submission; it does not prove that one causes the other or that the commenter supports both.
The records are self-selected public comments, and coverage depends on the selected snapshot and posting date. Entries that only refer to unread attachments remain unclassified. Distinct IDs are counted separately, including similar submissions; these are not necessarily distinct people. Zero matches means no matches in available content, not none in the docket.
Topics can overlap. Counts cannot be added to estimate a total number of commenters. Exact-phrase searches may miss synonyms and do not identify whether a phrase is endorsed, questioned, or rejected.
