Linked attachment files are not bundled into the JSON. Unread attachments are identified. The source export’s private contact columns are excluded; original public bodies can still contain information supplied by commenters.

Copy this embed into a custom HTML block. It works on ordinary websites and WordPress, without a server process or API key. Links lead readers back to RF Safe and the source submissions.
How updates reach your website
The embedded explorer loads the latest published catalog when opened. A Refresh data button loads a newer publication without replacing the embed. Updates appear after an archive import and review, not immediately after a comment is submitted to HHS. A downloaded JSON file remains a snapshot until you download it again.
For a date-specific view, add &date=2026-09-22 to the embed URL. Add &topic=section-704 to focus a topic. For a preserved historical view, add the snapshot ID from the snapshot index as &snapshot=….
If you are building a separate application, download the JSON or retrieve it through your server. Direct browser requests from another domain depend on that host’s cross-origin permissions; the iframe works without cross-origin JSON access.
Keep official IDs, source links, review scope and coverage metadata with reused data. Present submitted allegations and AI classifications as such. Avoid turning public testimony into a contact list.
